When my morning show producers asked me to be part of their tubular 80s themed show, we all thought it would be fun if I brought in some beauty products that have stood the test of time. So check this out because you might be pleasantly surprised to see that you can still get some of stuff that may have been your totally awesome favorite back in the day. I found most of the items at Walgreens, the Caboodle at Target and Vidal Sassoon crimpers are also sold at Target. Go back in time with me and take a look….
these products go back to your grandma’s time. She is 90 and used (or maybe still does) Ponds and Noxema and Prell. You used a lot of the other stuff…I remember ironing my hair in the 60 to 70 era…but no crimping! Think of white vinegar and baking soda for cleaning without chemicals we use today (going green.) Those things are ageless.
