I found the perfect dress for travel that works both as a casual outfit or a dressy ensemble, too! AND…I also have a fashion confession to make…shhh…don’t tell…see the video to see my secret that is too good not to share! Watch and you will understand why I had to spill the beans and share why this particular dress, from Room and Porch in Gilbert, took me by surprise and checked all of the fashion boxes…especially when it comes to unexpected circumstance that put this dress to the test! This is what happens when you accidentally under pack with a packed schedule! This dress saved the day!

Don’t judge…because I didn’t plan to do this…BUT I wore this dress THREE times over one week without washing it (again no judging!) because my travels just worked out that way. Guess what??? This dress held up and then some! See my photo proof below! This springy floral fashion piece went from my suitcase to my body for a lunch date with friends and then back into the suitcase and then right out of the suitcase and onto my body again at the airport after landing so we could get to an event…had no time to spare! Then, believe it or not, I threw it on one more time the next morning for my live morning show segment. No time to wash it as this perfect piece was part of the segment since I was highlighting my new favorite unique boutique, Room and Porch…the shop where I purchased my comfortable, flattering and attractive new dress!
Wear One – A toast with my daughter and a lunch date in LA and meeting new friends for the first time. Perfect first impression dress!
Two days later – threw this green goodness dress on from the suitcase to my body…at the airport no less…to get to this event on time! I had so many compliments on my dress! And it’s so versatile working with white tennis shoes and also wedge heels!
And the 3rd and final wear…no time to dry clean or wash it since my morning show appearance was the very next morning!
The dress didn’t wrinkle, stayed fresh and easily transferred in and out of my suitcase for an effortless classic look! This super dress did the job well because it’s made of materials that breathe and resist wrinkling and the pretty pattern garnered a ton of compliments!
NOW…I don’t plan on doing the three-wear-in-row thing again…it was circumstance that ended up with a last-minute packed schedule. However, this dress will always travel with me in case I find myself in need of a stylish outfit repeat that wears well and looks great. This dress was put to the test and I’m impressed!
