Huckleberry! Yum! It’s a thing in Idaho and since I just finished my extensive Coeur d’Alene, Idaho coverage, I’m concluding my Road Trip with Rach Coeur d’Alene series with a giveaway drawing featuring a local favorite flavor from that town…huckleberry! If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out. It’s so delish! Huckleberry is everywhere in Idaho. I tried it in the dessert cobbler I ordered from the room service menu at The Coeur d’Alene Resort and it was as good as some of the town residents I met told me it would be!
