Hotel reviews are my favorite so last month when I took an Amtrak train from NC to DC (those details coming soon), I stayed for a fast 24 hours at the Washington DC Le Méridien Hotel.

My Final Grade & Assessment…and a travel tip to know about when asking for Bonvoy member room upgrades…read below…
Pros:
*Close to DC attractions & both DCA airport & Union Station Amtrak station
*Marriott Bonvoy membership perks
*Great Lady Madison hotel restaurant
*Elegant yet comfortable
*Cool famous guest history
*Nice on site employee team
*AAA and other room rate discounts available
Cons:
*Can be pricey so shop the season & use discounts to lower rate
*My own patio door was locked so I was unable to venture to outside balcony however the hotel front desk told me that they should open, so it was a issue with my room.
**NOTE – As mentioned in my video, if you receive your requested Bonvoy member room upgrade, ASK what exact room you are receiving because you may end up with a handicapped accessible room. Has happened to me several times now.
Overall as shown in the video, I give this property a grade A and would stay there again.
