Recently I got to travel to the massive Expo West in Anaheim, California that is attended by 80,000 people. This popular 3-day event highlights what’s trending in homeopathic remedies, natural foods, beverages and more.
I had such a good time eating my way through the 3-day event tasting tried and true favorites plus new options the vendors had on hand to introduce.

I also got to see what’s new from Boiron, my favorite homeopathic medicine company that is the real deal. I know this because last July I traveled to Lyon, France to see the beautiful Boiron facility where the medicinal plants are made into the magical meds. I also got to venture to the lovely French countryside to see where the plants are grown. It was so cool so I couldn’t wait to come to Expo West to visit the Boiron booth and to see all of the other enticing exhibits! The event didn’t disappoint! The crowd was jazzed with a collective high energy vibe every day. Live bands, good food and cocktails were the norm at the area hotels at night. I loved Expo West! I left daily with packed bags of yummy samples and of course, wonderful Boiron boxes of the good stuff!

My Favorite Homeopathic Finds
Boiron’s booth was filled with homeopathic remedies to treat everything from head to toe for the whole family. At Expo West, Boiron featured a mix of familiar go-tos and newer additions to the line. Here are some of my favorites that my mom and daughter also swear by…

*Camilia Bedtime Liquid Doses – Great options for kids having tummy and teething discomfort at bedtime. Sold at Walgreens stores.
*Oscillococcinum – Grab this to use at the first sign of flu-like symptoms. Sold nationwide at drug stores and major retailers that include Walmart, CVS and Walgreens.

My Favorite Food Find
When I spotted the Pacha booth at Expo West, I ran over to learn more.
Since I regularly enjoy the gluten-free sourdough, grain-free, paleo vegan sprouted wild fermented (yep, it’s all those things!) Pacha English Muffins for my breakfast, I couldn’t wait to share with my good news! Since I switched to better carbs, way less added sugars and clean eating, I reversed my pre-diabetes bloodwork! Pacha has been a part of that for me and the English muffins are super versatile enabling me to enjoy breakfast sandwiches, mini pizzas and more!

My Favorite Beverage Find
Another booth that had me running towards excited to learn more was the Tejava booth! 
Choosing better beverages also helped me to reverse my pre-diabetes bloodwork because so many drinks are loaded with sugar. Tejava Iced Tea has been my go-to to in addition the water I drink daily. I’m good about my water intake, but it gets boring. Tejava’s refreshing iced tea varieties are so delicious that it tastes like I brewed it myself. My favorite is the Tejava Pineapple Mango. So delish!

I’m so glad I attended Expo West and I hope to return next year! I learned so much about the benefits of homeopathic medicine, natural foods and products. And getting all of those tasty samples was a blast!
I think I will stop here and make myself a Pacha sourdough tortilla quesadilla paired with an iced cold Tejava Peach Iced Tea. Then it’s time to pack for my next trip since I depart next week. I will be sure to pack my Boiron remedies to keep me healthy on the road!
