Manic: My weight every summer when the kids go on break and I find myself snacking more right along with them. In previous summers, I usually gained a good 5 pounds or more by the time they returned to school.
Managed: Got it together this summer and implemented what I call my SOS tips….snack off solutions that still let me snack and indulge a little without the usual extra pounds that I put on in previous summers. These tips have been working for me and even include wine, a delicious healthy homemade no bake chocolate peanut bar and a free tracking app that has made all the difference for me this summer, so take a look and let me know if you have some SOS tips of your own when it comes to having fun with the kids without taking in too many extra calories.
