Star of the Show – The Salty Cocina’s Centerpiece Divided House Enchiladas That Incorporate Both Teams
Start with a main dish placed in the middle of the table that incorporates both team colors. We chose to feature these mouth-watering chicken enchiladas created by the Salty Cocina. The dish is topped with the delish Shamrock Farms Crema Mexicana that elevates this recipe with its rich and creamy texture. To incorporate both teams, a red sauce tops one side of the enchiladas to represent U of A and a green golden sauce is drizzled on the other side to celebrate ASU. So fun! So flavorful! So smart! Talk about uniting both sides…this entree will do it! The recipe is further down the article, so keep reading!

As seen in the photo above with me and my food stylist, we divided side dishes in the two teams’ colors to compliment the enchiladas. The ASU side menu has custom delicious varieties of Shamrock Farms On-The-Go Milk paired with ASU cookies by Sugar Cookies By Suzanne, a Shamrock Farms Natural Sour Cream dip appetizer plate, and an Elote Corn (recipe below) dish made with Shamrock Farms Crema Mexicana.
The Shamrock Farms On-The-Go Milk has 13 essential nutrients including protein, Vitamin D, calcium and potassium with no added high fructose corn syrup. Put out a variety of delightful flavors that include Cookies n’ Cream, Chocolate Caramel, Strawberry Milk and more. Dinner guests will love grabbing a milk and decorated sugar cookies to watch the game.
Who doesn’t love cookies and milk?!
The U of A side has black beans topped with Shamrock Farms Natural Sour Cream and diced red bell peppers to celebrate the Wildcats team colors. Also included is a cream cheese fruit dip that is made with Shamrock Farms Natural Sour Cream so we’re using several of the same high quality Shamrock Farms products with multiple recipes, stretching your grocery store dollar.
And guests will love the U of A custom cookies paired with Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Protein that comes in delicious flavors. Each yummy bottle packs 30 to 50 grams of protein! That’s why high performing college athletes choose Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Protein shakes.
So this dinner layout is fun, festive and accommodates both ASU and U of A fans! Your guests will enjoy the spirited presentation and they will definitely love the menu! Here are the recipes for the enchiladas and the Elote Corn…
